At Black Community Board (BCB), liberation is not a destination—it’s a process of reclaiming power, voice, and agency.
Our purpose is to support and empower the Black community by facilitating leadership development, eliminating the inequities that fuel disparities, and connecting young people to programs, mentorship, and networks that help them emerge as bold, principled leaders for our community.
